Fund Legal Aspects in the Baltics

Venture Challenge is excited to host the first session on the topic of Fund structures and legal aspects in the Baltics.

Venture Challenge has been focusing mainly on the Nordic region and 5 Nordic countries, but as we see new managers expanding their geographical focus, we want to expand with them by providing them the most top tier venture knowledge on topics relevant for them.

In this session in partnership with Cobalt Law Firm, we will deep dive on the different fund structures, marketing and pre-marketing rules as well as other legal considerations for each of the Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
